- Payment method
You can pay for products on th-cosmetic.com using one of the following methods:
- Purchase and pay directly at THE Cosmetics locations throughout India.
- Payment on delivery (COD): Receive the products and then pay the TH Cosmetics delivery team.
- Bank transfer
- Policy on exchange/return on TH Cosmetics:
We will exchange or return products for you in the following conditions:
– Not the correct product or model as ordered by the customer.
– Products are damaged during shipment due to factors such as parking, cracked or peeling packing, and so on.
– The product fails to meet quality standards, such as being expired, damaged, or degraded even though it is still within its expiry date, etc.
We do not accept refunds or exchanges in the following circumstances:
– You want to switch to another product without notice.
– The product is damaged as a result of the customer’s poor storage.
– Products that clients do not thoroughly read and do not use as directed:
- Conditions of exchange/return: the exchanged/returned product must be in the same condition as when it was delivered, complete with box and instructions.
- Refund payment: If the problem is on our side, we will cover the entire return fee.
- Refund form: If the product is no longer in stock, we will renew it for the customer. The company has pledged to refund 100% of the costs that customers have paid to us in cash at the company or via transfer to customers. We are not responsible for damaged goods caused by consumers and do not handle exchanges in these circumstances.
- Note: If you place an order by phone, you can cancel it within 5 minutes of placing it; once we have transferred it to the Export Department, it cannot be cancelled. Please clarify any other reason for us to receive. If clients in the province cancel their orders, we will be unable to refund them because the items have already been shipped, implying that you have accepted the order.
