Exchange/Return and Refund Policy
Terms of exchange
Customers can only exchange products of the same type when the product is defective by the manufacturer and only if the following requirements are met:
There are full accompanying documents such as Delivery Note, Purchase Invoice…
After having a record of checking and confirming the product quality of the representative of TH Cosmetics.
The customer has the right to return a product when:
- th-cosmetic.com provided the incorrect product and damaged the goods during delivery.
- The products don’t match the website’s descriptions of them in terms of color, style, function, origin, or place of manufacture.
Unreturned applicable products
- Items are attached with promotions or giveaways
- Customers want to change the type and model of the purchased product.
- Overdue returning time 07 days
Conditions – Returning time
- Conditions of return time: The Customer can ask to exchange/return the product within 3 days of getting the goods, and the product must be returned within 7 days of receiving the item.
- Based on the employee’s note on the delivery note or the postmark, if the product was sent to the province, the customer’s time of receipt can be calculated.
- Product condition: The product is undamaged, unblemished, uncracked, odorless, and in its original state. Full accessories or gifts (if any).
- Conditions of invoices and documents: delivery note or red invoice.
Returning product process
You confirm the exchange or return within seven days of the delivery date and send the products back using the procedures outlined below:
Step 1: Within the first three days of the date of receipt of the goods, the client notifies th-cosmetic.com using the following support channels of the request and the reason for the exchange or return.
Step 2: Pack the product in its original packing along with the necessary documents:
Value-added invoice or a delivery note
Outside product packaging paste
Send it to TH Cosmetics at the address shown on the return shipping label from th-cosmetic.com.

Time: from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday to Saturday.
Step 3: The product return department at th-cosmetic.com will proceed to exchange the product for the customer within one working week of receiving, inspecting, and accepting the product you have returned.
